Questions learners ask

The practical details, kept simple.

Do you only teach automatic?

Yes. All lessons are in a dual controlled automatic Toyota Yaris Cross.

Which test centre do you cover?

Tuition and test preparation are focused on Hexham test centre.

Can you collect me from home, school or work?

Usually, when the collection point fits the regular lesson area and the bookings around your slot.

How do payments work?

Once onboarded, you can pay for a single lesson or add discounted block credit through your private learner account.

What is the cancellation policy?

At least 48 hours notice is required. Lessons changed inside that period remain chargeable.

How many lessons will I need?

There is no fixed minimum. As a planning guide, twenty weekly two hour lessons equals forty hours and roughly twenty weeks, so allowing around four to six months is sensible. Some learners need less and many need more.
